Campus Voices

Your students already have the audience.

Enrolled students post about real campus life on their own TikTok and Instagram. You set the topics and guidelines. Campus Voices runs everything else.

One brief. Two audiences.

Students share approved content with the audiences they've already built, while your university gets the same content to use across its own social channels.

On the student's account
Their voice, their followers, your topic. Reach beyond your official account.
On yours
Every approved video can be reposted on your organic channels, for as long as you like. Included.

You don't need celebrity creators.

Campus Voices recruits students who already make good content, not just students with huge follower counts.

A nursing student with 1,500 relevant followers can be more valuable to the right prospective student than a generic influencer with 100,000.

Already have student ambassadors?

Good. Put them into Campus Voices.

Your existing ambassadors join the same roster as the creators we find, with the same briefs, approvals, compensation, rights, posting and reporting. You keep the relationships. We run the operation, and add creators where you have gaps.

Start with a proof pilot

Every program is a managed student creator network, sized by roster. Pricing is set on the call.

Every program includes

  • Creator recruiting and enrollment verification
  • Creator compensation and payment admin
  • Student-owned social distribution
  • Usage rights for your organic channels
  • Briefing, approvals and creator management
  • The Campus Voices platform and reporting

Sign an annual program within 30 days of the pilot and part of the pilot fee is credited toward your first year.

Creator compensation is included in every program. Campus Voices can administer creator payments directly where permitted, or work through your university's student-employment process when required.

Questions

Does anything go live without review?

No. Every Campus Voices video and caption is checked against your guidelines before posting. Choose managed approval or review every post yourself.

How do we control what is off limits?

Facts, required language, restricted topics and disclosure requirements are built directly into each creator brief.

How much creative control do students have?

Briefs set the facts and boundaries, not the script. Students decide how to tell the story in their own voice. That is why people watch it.

How are rights tracked?

Every approved asset, live post and organic usage right stays documented in your Campus Voices library.

How much of our time does it take?

A kickoff to set topics and guidelines, then very little. Send new topics when you have them; we handle recruiting, briefs, review and reporting.

Who owns the videos?

The student owns the account and the original video. Your university can post and repost every approved video on its own channels, with crops, captions and excerpts, for as long as you like. That is included.

Can we use the videos in paid advertising?

Yes, with a separate license and extra pay for the creator. We arrange it per campaign so nothing runs as an ad by accident.

What is off limits?

Whatever you say is. Your no-go list is written into every brief. Athletics and NIL are a separate program, not part of this one.

What happens if something inaccurate gets posted?

Facts and required language come from your guidelines and are checked before approval. If something still slips through, tell us: we arrange a correction or a takedown with the creator.

What happens if a creator deletes a post early?

Each brief sets a live window the creator agrees to, and we verify posts after they go up and during the window. A creator who takes a post down early is not offered further briefs, and you keep the approved asset in your library.

What happens if a creator violates program rules?

Creators accept written program rules before their first brief. If a creator breaks them, Campus Voices pauses or removes them from the roster and tells you. The program only covers sponsored posts, not a student's personal account activity.

How does removal work?

Request removal from your content library with a reason. The creator is notified and takes the post down within 24 hours; we confirm and let you know. The clean file and usage rights stay on record.

Can other students appear in videos?

Only with their permission. Creators confirm at upload that everyone recognizable agreed to appear, and briefs prohibit student IDs, private information and roommates without consent.

How is music handled?

Creators confirm at upload that the music is original, from the platform's commercial library or otherwise cleared for a sponsored post. Reviewers check it before approval.

Who pays the students, and how is that handled?

Campus Voices does. Creators are paid per approved post under our creator agreement, with the required disclosures on every post. Where a university's policy requires student-employment processing instead, we work through it.

What will our procurement office need?

The usual: a vendor registration, a W-9, our agreement and a short data summary. We collect no student records from you; creators sign up with us directly.

See if Campus Voices fits your campus.

In 30 minutes, we will walk through your current student-content setup, show you the Campus Voices workflow, and outline what a six-week pilot would look like at your school.
